ORAL
ORDER
Learned
advocate Shri Bharat T. Rao for the petitioner seeks unconditional
leave to withdraw the petition.
Rather
reluctantly, I grant such permission. It may however, be noted that
there are large number of incorrect and misleading statements in the
petition. The petitioner has herself fought several civil
litigations against the newly added respondent No.4, but not stated
anything about such litigations and results thereof. Only through
affidavit in reply filed by respondent No.4, the Court came to know
about it. Initially in fact, the petition was filed without joining
respondent No.4 as a party. Presumably, when the Court inquired
about it, the petitioner seems to have joined respondent No.4 in
this petition.
I
would have perhaps gone deeper into the question as to who is
responsible for such conduct. Only because the petition is being
withdrawn unconditionally, I refrain from inquiring further into
this issue. Learned advocate for the petitioner should note that
such recurrence in future would certainly invite a further scrutiny
at my hands.
The
petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
