When this matter is taken up it is brought to our notice

that an identical appeal, W.A.No.1692 of 2010, was dismissed by

this Court by judgment dated 1st October, 2010 which in turn

followed an earlier judgment of this Court dated 17th September,

2010 in W.A.No.1468 of 2010. In the circumstances, this writ

appeal is also dismissed at the admission stage for the reasons

assigned while dismissing the above mentioned writ appeals.
