that the orders of this Court has not yet been complied with in spite of

indulgence granted to the State under orders dated 26.3.2008,

16.4.2008, 21.5.2008 and 9.7.2008 to even ensure belated compliance

of the order dated 27.8.2004 and 17.1.2006, in the circumstances, this

Court has no option but to direct for personal appearance of the

District Magistrate, Begusarai, who should appear in this Court on

24.7.2008 at 10.30 A.M.

Put up on 24.7.2008 maintaining its position.
