has been complied by the petitioner by

filing process both under ordinary process

as well as under registered post, this

Court would direct that immediate steps may

be taken for service of notice on Opposite

Party Nos. 1 to 17 under the manner

indicated in the order of this Court dated

10.07.2008.

                                List       this         case        before      an

                   appropriate             bench         after         obtaining

                   permission      of      Hon'ble      the    Chief      Justice,

                   immediately         after      service      of    notice     on

Opposite Party Nos. 1 to 17 is complete.
