Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel
appearing for respondents No. 1 to 6.

With regard to the grievances the petitioner has already made a detailed
application dated 24.07.2010 to the Deputy Inspector General of Police/Senior
Superintendent of Police, Allahabad (respondent No.4).

This petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No. 4 to decide the
aforesaid application of the petitioner in accordance with law by a reasoned
and speaking order within a period of three weeks from the date a certified
copy of this order is produced before him.
