learned counsel for the petitioners.

Basically,
it is submitted by learned advocate for the petitioners that, in

statute, mass recruitment of Vidhya Shayaks is undertaken contrary to
the law laid down by the Apex Court in the cases of [i] Ritesh R.
Shah v. Dr. Y.L.Yamul & Ors.
[AIR 1996 SC 1379] and [ii] Union of
India v. Ramesh Ram
[2010 (7) SCC 234].

The
matter deserves consideration and to be heard finally.

Issue
Rule returnable on 29.09.2011.

It
is stated that the learned AGP has instructed the respondent
authorities not to take any further steps with regard to the
selection process undertaken by them including that of issuing
appointment orders. Therefore, the question of granting interim
relief will be considered on the returnable date.
