The Appellant sought for information regarding C.B.S.E related to D.A.V Public School
conducted by D.A.V College Managing Committee, New Delhi. He requested information
regarding number of D.A.V Public School, their name, address, and candidature ship of
L.M.C, the Grade of Computer, Art, Music physical teacher and librarian, the ratio of student
and other details.

The following were present:
Appellant : Shri Sunil Kumar

The appellant wants information with regard of the following schools:
1- DAV Public School, Cantt Road Khagaul
2- D.Ram DAV Public School, Danapur Patna
3- DAV Public School, Dharbhanga Road, Muzaffarpur
He wants the following information:
i- Teachers and students ratio.
ii- Whether salaries as per fifth pay and sixth pay Commissions is being paid in these
schools.
iii- The salaries of Mr. R.K.Upadhaya(Math) and Mr. S.P.Singh(English) of DAV Khagaul.
Decision:
The Appeal is allowed.
The PIO will give the above information to the appellant before 20 June 2009.
