Background
Sh. Mahesh Rathi, the Appellant, filed an application dated 18.05.2009 under the
RTI Act, 2005, seeking to know the action taken on a complaint filed by him on
3.11.2008 before the Commissioner of Police, Delhi. The CPIO / Vigilance, Delhi
replied to the Appellant vide his letter dated 2.06.2009 stating therein that the enquiry is
still under process and would be finalized soon.
2. The matter was heard on 29.03.2010.
3. Sh. Mahesh Rathi, the Appellant accompanied with Mohd. Kalim was present.
4. Sh. Parvinder Singh, ACP/APIO represented the Respondent Public
Authority.
During the hearing the Respondent submits that the enquiry by Vigilance, Delhi is
completed. A copy of the enquiry report is handed over to the Appellant during the
course of the hearing. The matter is disposed of accordingly.
