02 12/7/2011 Ms. Binita Singh, learned counsel for the appellants, is

present and submits that the judgment of the learned Single Judge in

the case of Deepak Paints P. Ltd. [2008 (2) PLJR 293] is the subject

matter of LPA No. 353 of 2008, which is running under the heading

for admission before the Bench presided over Ms. T Meenakumari, J.

2. In that view of matter, as prayed, let it go out of our

Board to be placed before the Bench along with LPA No.353 of 2008,

after obtaining orders of Hon’ble the Chief Justice.
