No rejoinder affidavit has been filed from the side of the revisionist till this
date. Learned counsel for the revisionist requests for three weeks’ time to file
rejoinder affidavit.

As a last chance, 10 days’ time is given to the revisionist to file rejoinder and
no more time shall be granted for the purpose.
Learned State Counsel is afforded last opportunity to file its counter affidavit,
if any, within 10 days.

This matter be listed on 4.2.2010 before the appropriate bench.
The interim order, granted earlier, shall remain in operation till the next date
of listing.
