                                                     ORDER

  Sh. Bhagwan Chand Saxena, the Appellant, filed an RTI application dated 
12.04.2010 sought following information:­

“1. EIC has derecognized the above names association, if ‘YES’ then kindly provide  
Certified copy of the letter issued derecognizing the association. 

2. If ‘NO’ to (1) above, kindly provide certified copy of the list of office bearers of  
the recognized association submitted to EIC.

3. Kindly provide certified list of other associations recognized by EIC established in  
Delhi representing EIC & EIA­Delhi.”

The PIO vide letter dated 29.04.2010 replied to the appellant.  Not satisfied with 
the   reply,   the   Appellant   filed   an   appeal   before   the   First  Appellate   Authority   (FAA). 
Finally, not getting information to his satisfaction, the Appellant has filed the present 
appeal before the Commission.

During the hearing the Appellant submits that he has not been furnished complete 
requisite information.  On the other hand the Respondent submit that as information has 
already been furnished as per the provisions of the RTI Act. 

After hearing the parties and on perusal of the relevant documents on file, and also 
having regard to the facts and circumstance, of the present case the Commission deems it 
fit to direct the PIO to inform the correct position of the issues raised by the Appellant at 
point no. 1 and 2 of the RTI application.   The Commission’s order will be complied 
within 15 days of its receipt.
