2. 14.02.2011 Heard the parties.
The petitioner has sought quashing of the order
dated 9.4.2010 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court,
Aurangabad, in Misc. Case No. 65 of 2007 by which the court
below has ordered payment of the due amount of Rs. 15,000/-.
Considering that on merits the Opposite Party No. 2
was thought fit by the court to be granted maintenance, I am not
inclined to interfere in the matter.
The application is dismissed with the direction to the
Family Court, Aurangabad, to take stringent action against the
petitioner for disobedience of the orders of the court.
