Ms. Rekha Madnani, Public Prosecutor, for the applicant-appellant.

		Heard learned counsel for the applicant and after considering her submissions and for the reasons mentioned in the application, delay in filing leave to appeal is condoned, subject to just exceptions.
		Application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act stands allowed.
		Heard learned counsel for the applicant and after considering her submissions and also the reasons assigned by the trial court for acquittal of the accused-respondents, I find this case to be fit one to grant leave to appeal.  

Consequently, leave to appeal is granted.
Appeal be registered. Accused-respondents be summoned through bailable warrant in the sum of Rs. 5,000/-(Rupees Five Thousands). Record of the trial court be also summoned.
