Name of the Appellant: Sh. Santosh Kumar Panda
Name of the Public Authority: Department of Posts
i
Facts
:
1. The appellant did not avail of the opportunity of personal hearing on
14/8/2008. The appeal is, therefore, examined on merit.
2. On perusal of the documents submitted by the appellant, it is observed
that the appellant has grievances relating to postal delivery of an article. The
CPIO and the Appellate Authority have duly replied and furnished the information
on the basis of available records. There is, however, no denial of information.
