ORAL
ORDER

The
applicant (wife of the prisoner) has filed this application for
enlarging the prisoner Yashinsha Motisha Fakir on temporary bail on
the ground of marriage of his daughter which is to be performed on
10.11.2011. The ground stated in the application seems to be genuine
and reasonable, and therefore, the same deserves to be accepted.

Accordingly,
the application is allowed. The prisoner is ordered to be released
on temporary bail from 10.11.2011 to 15.11.2011 on his executing a
personal bond of Rs.5,000/- before the jail authority and on usual
terms and conditions. The prisoner shall surrender before the jail
authority at 5:30 p.m. on 15.11.2011. Rule is made absolute. Direct
service is permitted today.
