                                                          ORDER

Background

1. The RTI application dated 09.04.2010 was filed by the Applicant with the PIO, National Council for 

Teacher Education, Bhopal seeking information against 5 points related to the recognition of College 

of Education, REWA, MP. On not receiving any reply from the PIO, the Applicant filed his First Appeal 

before the Appellate Authority on 28.04.2010 requesting the Appellate Authority to direct the PIO to 

furnish   the   required   information.   The   PIO   replied   on   behalf   of   the   First   Appellate   Authority   on 

03.06.2010   informing   the   Applicant  that     the  information   sought   is   not  as   per     the  definition  of 

information given in the RTI Act. Still not satisfied, the Applicant filed his Second Appeal before the 

Commission on 01.07.2010 again requesting for the complete and correct information       

Decision 

2. The Commission on perusal of information provided vide letters dated 8.9.2000   14.8.08, 15.5.09, 

11.8.09, 31.12.09 ,  4.1.10 and 16.2.10  and 7.3.10 on the same subject holds that all the available 

information has already been furnished to the Appellant several times and that the Public Authority is 

under no obligation to provide any further information on the subject to the Appellant. With regard to 

point 5,  the website may  be  updated for the year 1996­97 on status of recognition of education 

colleges. The Commission  takes this opportunity to inform the Appellant that the Commission will not 

entertain any further appeal from him on the subject of recognition to College of Education,  REWA
 

3. The appeal is accordingly disposed of.
