Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel for the
State-respondents.
Petitioner had made an application for admission in B.T.C. Course 2006. She
was invited for counselling, however, the handicapped certificate on basis of
which the petitioner claimed admission in the category was misplaced by the
authorities and therefore, she was not considered on the plea that her
handicapped certificate is not enclosed. It is stated that the application form
did accompany the handicapped certificate.
The stand taken in the writ petition is contrary to what has been stated in the
application filed by the petitioner on 2.2.2009, copy of which is enclosed as
Annexure No.2 to the writ petition. Therefore, the averments made in para 15
are false. No mandamus as prayed need be issued by this Court.
Writ petition is dismissed.
