Prayer: This petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent not to  interfere with the right of the members of the petitioner to carry on their advertisement  business through digital flex pasted in the walls of the private land owners building for displaying advertisement or wall writing/painting in the walls of the private land owners building belonging to the petitioner in the City of Chennai.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed to direct the second respondent not to interfere with the right of the members of the petitioner to carry on their advertisement business through digital flex pasted in the walls of the private land owners building for displaying advertisement or wall writing/painting in the walls of the private land owners building belonging to the petitioner in the City of Chennai.

2. Heard Mr.V.Bharathidhasan, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent and Mr.S.Shivashanmugam, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 3.

3. Without going into the merits of the petitioner’s claim, as requested by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 25.04.2011 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner shall also be given an opportunity on hearing before passing orders.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected M.P. is closed.
