Let bailable warrant be issued through Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gorakhpur
against respondent no.5 for ensuring his presence and producing the corpus on
the date fixed.

List on 9.8.2010.

On that date respondent no.5 will produce the corpus before this Court.

A copy of this order shall be given to learned AGA within 24 hours.
