On behalf of the petitioner it is contended that the interim
order granted by the Court in the aforesaid writ petition is only
to the effect that the payment of salary and other allowance
will be subject to the result of the writ petition. Therefore, the
order of the District Panchayat Raj Officer is illegal.
Matter does require enquiry by this Court.
Let an interim mandamus be issued to respondent no. 4 to
pay or to show cause by filing counter affidavit by the next
date fixed.
