The prayer for quashing the proceeding of Case no. 193/11 of 2009, Smt.
Vishvapriya versus Ashish Mishra and others, under sections 498A, 323
I.P.C. and section 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. Kannauj, District Kannauj is hereby
refused.

This Crl. Misc. Application is dismissed with a direction that the bail prayer
of the applicants in the aforesaid case be considered on the same day by the
court below.
