2. 19.9.2011 It has been submitted that even though in the First

Information Report there is an allegation that this occurrence

took place since the accused persons had wanted withdrawal

of an earlier case, but the fact of the matter is that the

petitioners are not accused in any other case previously.

Call for carbon copy of the case diary of Bithan P.S.

case No.29 of 2011 from the court of the A.C.J.M., Rosera

(Samastipur) and also a report from the Superintendent of

Police, Samastipur about the antecedent of the petitioners,

who are accused in the aforesaid case, so as to reach this

court within three weeks and put up on its receipt.
