Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the present
writ petition has become infructuous in view of framing of the
charge by the Trial Court during the pendency of this writ petition.
In view of the above submission, this writ petition is
dismissed having become infructuous.
However, the petitioner will be free to challenge the order of
framing of the charge in accordance with law, if needed.
