02. 18.11.2011 This matter was taken up on 17.11.2011 when none appeared
on behalf of the petitioner. However, learned counsel for the State was
present and the same situation exists today when none appears to press
the writ petition though Mr. Rejiv Shekhar, Assisting counsel to G.P. 19
is present.
The petitioner has complained of certain acts of omissions
and commissions by the employees of Madhubani Zila Parishad and
seeks a direction to the authorities of the Zila Parishad including the
Deputy Development Commissioner-cum-Chief Executive Officer,
Madhubani for taking appropriate action against them.
Regard being had to the circumstances where none appears
to press the writ petition, the same is disposed of with the liberty to the
petitioner to raise his grievance before the respondent no. 6, Deputy
Development Commissioner-cum-Chief Executive Officer, Zila
Parishad, Madhubani and who shall consider and dispose of the same in
accordance with law.
