                            JUDGMENT

The prayer is for a direction to the first respondent to

consider Ext.P4 representation in the matter of operation of a

stage carriage. There will be a direction to the first respondent to

take appropriate action on Ext.P4 taking into consideration also

Ext.P3, with notice to the petitioner and any other affected party

within a period of three months from the date of production of a

copy of this judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
