                          J U D G M E N T

Petitioner approached this Court with certain grievances

regarding recovery. This Court by order dated 02.11.1999

directed the second respondent to consider the claim of the

petitioner for revised pay fixation ignoring Exhibit P1 audit

objection. Learned Government Pleader on instruction submits

that orders have accordingly passed. Therefore, this original

petition is closed.
