HON’BLE MR. D.N. THANVI, J.

The petitioner’s prayer is that his sentence awarded in two
different cases may be made concurrent. Such prayer cannot be allowed
in view of the fact that that is within the jurisdiction of the court
passing the sentence only.
Hence this petition in the form of parole petition is not
maintainable. Hence the parole petition is dismissed.
