As per direction of this court Mr.Hifazurrahman Siddiqui, District Basic
Education Officer, Gonda is present in persons and submits that so far as his
part for performance of the order passed by the writ court is concerned, he has
paid the dues whatever were due against him. Now what is still due, that has
to be paid by the opposite party No.2, therefore, I hereby call upon the
opposite party No.2 to appear before this court on the next date and show
cause.

Appearance of Mr.Hifazurrahman Siddiqui, District Basic Education Officer,
Gonda is hereby exempted, which is not disputed by the learned counsel for
the petitioner.
