Having regard to the fact that the order of this Court

dated 30.10.2009 in C.W.J.C.No. 9648/2007 has not been

complied by the Collector of Buxar District, this Court would

direct the present occupant of the post of Collector of Buxar

District to appear in person to explain as to why a proceeding of

contempt be not drawn against him for deliberate disobedience of

the directions given by this Court in the order dated 30.10.2009 in

C.W.J.C.No. 9648/2007.

List this case on 17th October, 2011 at the top of the

list.

Let a copy of this order be given to Mr. Sunil Kumar,

S.C. 24, for its strict compliance by the Collector of Buxar

District.
