Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the
State-respondents.
Petitioner before this Court seeks a writ of mandamus directing the
respondent-authorities to hold fresh selection for the post of Shiksha Mitra
for the institution in question and to consider the candidature of the petitioner
for the same.
Prayer so made is totally misconceived. From the records of the present writ
petition it appears that the selection for the post in question took place in the
year 2005. Respondent no. 7 was selected and is stated to be working.
It is contended that the respondent no.7 has filed forged certificate of her
having worked as Anudeshak earlier for obtaining said appointment. It is for
this reason that the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner.
This Court is of the considered opinion that no interference at such a latter
point of time is required.
The present writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
