                         J U D G M E N T

Ext.P2 is an application filed by the petitioner for

temporary permit. Learned Government Pleader points that

it is a scheme covered area. Be that as it may, now that the

petitioner claims that he has made Ext.P2, if the same has

been received and is pending as on today, it will be

considered and orders thereon shall be passed within six

weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

Before final orders are passed, notice shall be given to the

2nd respondent also.

Petitioner shall produce a copy of this judgment before

the 1st respondent for compliance.

Writ petition is disposed of as above.
