Matter   came   up   for   hearing   through   videoconference   (VC)   on 
28.10.2010.  Appellant was present at NIC VC facility at Dhanbad, while 
the respondents  ―  represented by the CPIO and Appellate Authority  ― 
were  present  at the same  venue.    Commission  conducted  the hearing 
from its New Delhi office.

2. Appellant   stated   that   his   second­appeal   was   in   regard   to 
non­disclosure of information relating to queries at Sl.Nos.3 and 4 in his 
RTI­application dated 19.08.2009.

3. Respondents stated that the above information was held at the Unit 
level, from where it needed to be collected and the effort in that direction 
was   still   continuing.     They   wanted   two   weeks’   time   to   provide   this 
information to the appellant.

4. The time of two weeks as requested by the respondents is granted 
for providing the above­mentioned information.

5. Appeal disposed of with these directions.

6. Copy of this direction be sent to the parties.
