This petition by the landlords is directed against revisional order setting aside
the decree for eviction and arrears of rent and when it was filed, it was
directed to come in the ordinary course vide order dated 8.11.2000. For the
last ten years, no action has been taken by the petitioner. However, none
appears to press this petition even in the revised list.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
