his letter dated 30th August,2008, learned 3rd
Additional Senior Civil Judge, Surat has requested to grant him time
to dispose of Special Civil Suit No.88 of 1998, which is directed to
be disposed of by this Court vide order dated 29th
October,2007, on or before 30th June, 2008. Looking to the
facts of the case, time to dispose of Special Civil Suit No.88 of
1998 is hereby extended upto 30th June,2009.
