ORDER
Shri Mahender Kumar Verma, the appellant has filed this appeal dated 31.3.2011
before the Commission against Western Coalfields Ltd., Nagpur for not providing complete
information to his RTI-request dated 8.11.2010, which was scheduled for hearing on
11.08.2011 through videoconferencing. The respondent vide letter No.
WCL/GM(M)/2011/331 dated 6.8.2011 (received through fax), forwarded a copy of letter
dated 6.8.2011 from the appellant addressed to the Commission. In the said letter, the
appellant has requested the Commission to withdraw his second-appeal, as he has
received the requisite information on Point No. 1 to 3 from the PIO, free of cost.
2. In view of above, the appellant is allowed to withdraw his second-appeal.
The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
