In this case a detailed order was passed on 26.4.2010 fixing
12.7.2010. It was directed that in case the directions of the Writ
Court are not fully complied with, whosoever is posted as District
Inspector of Schools, Jaunpur shall remain present in this Court.

Sri K.R.Singh, learned standing counsel informed the Court that
copy of the order was sent to the District Inspector of Schools,
Jaunpur on 4.5.2010 but he has not received any instruction till
date. Learned counsel for the applicant has informed that Awadh
Kishore Singh is presently posted as District Inspector of Schools,
Jaunpur.

Let a bailable warrant be issued to him fixing 29.7.2010. He shall
remain present on the said date.
