Considering
their submissions and because of paucity of time as well as ensuing
summer vacation, let Registrar, Industrial Court, Ahmedabad may
postpone election upto next date of hearing of this matter.
Thereafter, this Court will hear the matter and pass appropriate
orders in respect of holding election. Till then, matter is adjourned
to 20 th
June, 2011.

Meanwhile,
it is directed to present applicant and opponents not to operate bank
account of Union beyond Rs.10,000/- relating to only petty expenses,
which is in interest of Union.
