Prayer in the petition is for transfer of the investigation of the case to
Central Bureau of Investigation or to any other independent agency.

In the cancellation report filed by the prosecution, the learned
Magistrate on 12.8.2009, on the basis of application given by the complainant,
directed for further investigation expeditiously.

Considering the fact that the matter has been considered by the
learned Illaqa Magistrate and further investigation has been directed, no
interference at this stage is called for.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed.
