2 12-10-2011 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well

as learned A.P.P.

After going through the order impugned, for the

present, I do not see any illegality / impropriety in the

same which has been passed by learned lower court

directing the petitioner to face trial, and accordingly the

petition is found to be devoid of merit and is accordingly

dismissed.

However it will be open to the petitioner to raise

the points at an appropriate stage of the trial.
