notice to the respondents returnable on 19th July, 2010. Learned AGP
Shri AJ Desai waives service of notice on behalf of respondent No. 2

– State.

Service for rest of the respondents is permitted.

CIVIL
APPLICATION No. 6175 of 2010

The
learned counsel for the applicant – appellant stated, under
instructions. that the applicant shall deposit the entire remaining
amount of the disputed bill with the respondent No. 1 – Electricity
Company within a period of one week from today. In view of this
statement, no further order is necessary except a clarification that
such deposit shall be subject to final outcome of the Letters Patent
Appeal. If the statement made by the counsel is not adhered to, the
Court may not entertain the LPA.

With
the above observation and direction, the Civil Application stands
disposed of.
