It has been stated that in spite of the fact that the petitioner has been awarded
contract, the District Magistrate is not issuing transit pass for lifting silt from
the canal.

Put up on 12.7.2010 to enable learned Standing Counsel to receive
instructions why transit pass has not been issued to the petitioner.
