Since it is a case of injury, I am not inclined to interfere and quash the
proceedings of complaint case no. 593/2010 (Vinod Kumar Yadav Vs. Ashok
Dubey and others), under Sections 452, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C., P.S. Anpara,
District Sonbhadra pending before A.C.J.M., Sonbhadra.
This application is dismissed with a direction that the bail prayer of the
applicants in the aforesaid crime be considered expeditiously, if possible on
the same day.
