02. 28.09.2011 The present application has been filed for

modification of the order dated 26.03.2011 passed in Cr.

Misc. No. 9716 of 2011 to the extent of extending the

period of surrender.

Let the period of surrender be extended for

further period of four weeks from the date of

receipt/production of the copy of the order of this Court in

connection with Mali P.S. Case No. 67 of 2009 pending in

the court Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad.

The order dated 26.03.2011 stands modified to

the extent as indicated above.

Let the order be transmitted to the learned Chief

Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad through fax at the cost of

the petitioner.
