a further period of three months’ time for

completing the action, which has been

initiated against the erring officials found

prima-facie responsible for violating the

order of this Court.

List this case after three months

i.e. on 28.9.2011 at the same position.

The Registrar and the Finance

Officer of the University, who are personally

present today, shall also remain present on

the next day.
