Heard today dated 8.6.2011. Appellant not present. The public
authority is represented by Shri Jasbir Singh, Admn Officer.
2. Vide RTI application dated 11.1.2010, the appellant had
wanted to know the reasons for not-granting him ACP. Shri Jasbir
Singh submits that the information received from E-inC’s branch
indicates that he was not granted ACP because of average ACRs. If
this be the case, the CPIO is hereby directed to communicate this in
writing to the appellant in 04 weeks time.
3. The matter is being closed at the Commission’s end.
