22.08.2008 with service of two copies of
the same in the office of learned Advocate
General. However, till today no counter
affidavit has been filed.
Learned counsel for the
respondents prays for four weeks time to
seek instructions and file counter
affidavit in the case.
Time is allowed subject to
payment of cost of Rs.1000/- which shall
be paid in favour of the petitioner by way
of Bank Draft and shall be handed over to
learned counsel for the petitioner along
with a copy of the counter affidavit.
Put up after four weeks.
