18. 25.07.2011 The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the

appellant prays for filing limitation petition for condonation

of delay in filing the substitution petitions. The learned

counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents is present.

From the order sheet it appears that this matter has already

been adjourned for this purpose earlier also. As such put up

this matter after three weeks granting the said time to the

appellant as a last chance to file limitation petition. It is made

clear that if the limitation petition as prayed is not filed within

that period the substitution petition shall be considered on its

own merit and without limitation petition.
