Through the written statement the opposite party No.3 has admitted that
at the time of agreement entered into between the petitioner and him, he
has handed over the physical possession of the property in question.
Keeping in view this fact I hereby, as an interim measure, provide that
the parties shall maintain status quo over the land in dispute till further
orders of this court.
