: HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE D.H.WAGHELA)

The
petitioner has sought temporary bail for 25 days for attaining
religious ceremony held by his wife, even as he is undergoing
imprisonment upon being convicted for the offences punishable under
Sections 498, 315, 506, 193, 304 – II of the IPC. According to
the invitation card, the ceremonies are held from 25.8.2011 to
28.8.2011. Since sufficient ground is not made out and the religious
ceremony is in any case supposed to have been underway by now, the
application is rejected.
