Heard Sri P.N. Tripathi, learned counsel for the appellant.

This appeal has been filed for challenging the order dated 26.05.2010 passed
by learned Single Judge by which the learned Single Judge has refused to
interfere with the transfer order.

We do not find any illegality in the order of learned Single Judge. This appeal
is accordingly dismissed.
